  A very nice hotel. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel shortly after midnight. We received a very friendly welcome and were given a free upgrade ... more for a room in the main building which was amazing. Soooo nice and so quiet, you can't believe you're in Vienna. And also the breakfast was very good, everything you could wish for and prepared with so much love, too bad we only stayed 1 night. We will certainly book again if we need accommodation in Vienna.

  I first visited the hotel by mistake because I had actually booked at the hotel 50 meters away.
  The lady at the reception was nevertheless so polite and courteous to me ... More that I was impressed and promised to come back.
  No sooner said than done, I was always warm and friendly here several times and I feel very comfortable here, the service and the cuisine in the restaurant are also highly recommended!

  We had an exceptionally positive experience with the hotel "das Reinisch"! We arrived in Vienna after midnight after a delayed return flight, and wanted to get our car back from a ... more private parking lot. But because the battery was almost flat, it wouldn't start. In this cold and stressful situation, we looked for a hotel nearby that was still open and luckily found this one - it was still open after midnight.
  We would particularly like to mention Markus, the night porter. He was incredibly helpful (even when we called him) and not only gave us a friendly welcome, but also provided us with a particularly nice room at a reasonable business rate.
  When we described our problem, he and the service team organized the janitor the next morning, who acted as a "yellow angel" and got our car running again with a jumper cable. We were delighted with this helpfulness, which went far beyond what you would expect.
  After an excellent breakfast and friendly service from the team at reception, we were able to start our journey home feeling relaxed.
  From now on, this hotel will be our first choice when we are in Vienna or take a flight from here. A big thank you to the entire team - we award full marks and recommend this hotel without reservation!
